Katarina Kuba


Katarina graduated from Vancouver College of Massage Therapy. She has over 550 hrs hours in clinic experience and 3000 hrs of curriculum study at VCMT.

Katarina’s interest in fitness and health has led her to a career as a Massage Technician. She has learned a variety of modalities including relaxation, deep tissue, sports massage, pregnancy and rehabilitation. She focuses primarily on trigger point release, maintenance and preventative care through active release and stretching.

She has always been an advocate of the outdoors going rock climbing, camping and competes in trail races, one of them being the Squamish 50 km. She represents Team Canada in Ski Mountaineering Competition and represented Canada in the 2015 Ski Mountaineering World Championships in Verbier, Switzerland. Working as a race timing coordinator, she is surrounded by world class athletes such as triathletes, marathoners and understands the level of demand they put on their bodies.

Katarina will help bring you back to doing what you love to do by working with any pain, injuries, palsy and stress you may present with.
