Samantha graduated from the Vancouver College of Massage Therapy developing a great interest in deep tissue massage, stretching, and sport rehabilitation. Applying her knowledge as both an RMT and fitness trainer allows her to make sure her patients understand their treatment plan and where their pain is coming from. She is always looking for the safest and most effective way to help a patient rehabilitate and get back on track with what they love doing most.
During her time at VCMT her favourite outreach programs were working at Childrens Hospital, with the SFU sports teams, and Dynasty Crossfit. Growing up playing competitive ice hockey she recognized how important self care and injury rehabilitation is to the body. Although Sam doesn’t play competitively anymore, she has now developed a passion for coaching minor hockey and running a youth hockey development program. The arenas in the Tri-Cities area is her second home where many people know her as ‘Coach Sam.’
Sam is always looking forward to educating herself further and building a rapport with her patients.
